Vegetable soup with dumplings or ravioli

Ingredients
200 g frozen dumplings or ravioli stuffing of your choice
1 onion
1 carrot
pepper 1
1 handful of green beans or okra
1 tomato
3-4 stalks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tbsp butter
1 bouillon cube, pepper and paprika, salt

Method
Vegetables are cut and sauté in the butter. Sprinkle with spices, broth and salt. Make up to about 1.2 liters of water and boil 40 minutes. Dumplings cook for 4-5 minutes in salted water or according to the directions on the package. In each plate put 6-7 pelmencheta, make the soup and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

dumplings are boiled separately why would not it be better to put in a vegetable soup to boil?

You, of course. Just had my pre-cooked, as were some of the main dish :)

I do like soup, but with balls of minced meat and tortellini. It really tasty, I tried this option! Will get my recipe :)

How big is 1 package - 500 g?

Well, the one I had bought a 400 g., And had enough.

Sorry, the package says 200 grams. But in the ready state is about 400 grams.
