Cinnamon snails

Ingredients
1 egg
50 g butter
50 g sugar
100 ml milk (lukewarm)
1 tsp dry yeast
flour, enough to make soft dough
pinch of salt
3 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar for sprinkling

Method
Yeast pour in milk and until dissolved, stir the egg with the sugar (50 g) and the butter. Add the dissolved yeast and salt with flour and knead a soft dough. Roll out of the base thickness 0.5 cm. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and rolled. Cut into 1 cm discs and each rank in greased pan. Cover with towel and let stand 1 hour until doubled in volume. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C. More hot sprinkled with sugar. From a dose yielding 18-20
