150 g sugar
1 cup fine corn semolina
1 cup flour
egg 1
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sunflower oil
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Method
Sugar, semolina, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl mix. Make a well and pour it into the egg, milk and the oil. All mix until a homogeneous mixture and pour into a greased baking pan with a diameter 28-30 cm. Bake in a preheated oven 200C degrees, about 25 minutes. Cake is ready when pinned him toothpick out dry. Serve with syrup, honey, jam, yogurt or cream.
