Orman kebab

Ingredients
700 g of meat goat or lamb
2 onions
1 tip of young pine
15 mushrooms
celery
mint
300 ml wine
3 tomatoes
paprika
sunflower oil
Method
The meat is cut into small pieces and fry. Add chopped onions, mushrooms and stew until tender, pour the wine, cover with chopped tomato slices. Sprinkle with paprika, celery, mint. Top put pine tip wrapped in gauze. The meal was capped tightly with a lid and stew about 1 hour. Serve with polenta optional.

Orman kebab is known that its performance is green sauce-it's right for Orman / forest /? Tomatoes and red priper inappropriate. Luke is better Bade green. For pine branch shte try-can get special taste! Now, in the spring, this recipe is up to date!

The original recipe is exactly as described here. Can even put a handful of berries, blueberries, for example.

Maybe these are variants of sashta recipe.
