Espresso Black Forest cherry

Ingredients
Black Forest cherry ice cream or chocolate ice cream and syrup cherry
4 espresso or other strong coffee
50 g dark couverture
50 ml cream
20 ml Black Forest cherry distillate or vishnovka
# To decorate:
cherries
coffee beans and ground

Method
Melted couverture. Mix ice cream polurazmrazeni, put it cherry syrup and stir to make lines. If you enjoyed the original ice cream, put a ball of glass and pressed. Distribute the ice cream cups, pour with couverture and glasses are placed in the freezer to firm. Espresso mixed with distillate can be sweetened optional. The cream is stirred in the snow. Coffee is distributed over the hard coating, put it whipped cream. Garnish with cherry and cafeteria beans, dusted with ground coffee.

Beautiful! And no doubt - delicious! I have not met long couverture. I guess it would be with dark chocolate.

If switching couverture chocolate under any recipe and add oil. In quilt fat is already inside, it's just the difference.
