Greek mandarin marmalade

Ingredients
10 mandarins
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
the juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Mandarins (objectives) are placed in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove, cut in two and are cleared from seeds. Blend in blender, add sugar and lemon juice and put on a slow fire. Occasionally stir. Boil to thicken.

This sounds appetizing, but what happens to peel and tangerines?

I think I have written. Strain, add sugar and lemon juice and put on a slow fire. Occasionally stir. Boil to thicken. Harvesting in jars and ready. Prepare to peel. I personally soak the fruit in hot water pre / when you buy OTC Bulgaria /. Greek citrus not process them.

I asked, to be sure. For it is not speaking specifically to peel. Thanks for the clarification, I love the recipe, I'll try.

Yesterday I did and it was great. I only put 1 cup of sugar and a little poistina put 3-4 tablespoons of honey. Next time I'll do it with half a cup of sugar and honey Azhar. I think it will be delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
