Ingredients
2-3 onions
1/2 cup sunflower oil
raw pickled vegetables - peppers, green tomatoes, carrots

Method
Coarsely chopped onion stew in the heated sunflower oil. Add chopped vegetables, a little water and fry until ready.

my grandmother made this recipe will necessarily her try
know her recipe from my mother in law, many years ago. I accepted her with disbelief - how it will be fried pickles, but it was something delicious and fast.
I did not make it long ago, now I remembered, while there are pickles :)
