Ingredients
250 g fresh spinach
1 large onion
1 potato
1 tbsp semolina
70 ml sunflower oil
400 g yogurt
1 egg
60 g feta cheese
pepper
nutmeg
salt

Method
Clean the spinach is blanched for 1-2 minutes. Drain the water and cut into very small pieces. Onions and potatoes cut into small cubes. In the oil fry the onions first, then add the spinach and potatoes. Lightly salt it. After 3-4 minutes, a semolina. After 1-2 minutes, make up 1 liter of water. Boil for 15-20 minutes. Make a soup thickener of yogurt and egg. Heat on the stove and add the soup. In the hot dish crush the feta cheese. Season with nutmeg and ground pepper.
