Potatoes with bechamel sauce

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 liter milk
3 tbsp flour
125 g cream cheese
salt, pepper

Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into rings. In a deep frying pan pour the milk, add the flour with a little salt. Stir constantly until it thickens and finally added and the feta cheese, stirred again and remove from heat. In a greased pan alternate row potato mixture order, finally ending with the mixture, sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 180 C for about 45 minutes.
