Pancakes with leeks

Ingredients
2 leeks onion
# For the pancakes:
3 eggs
2 cup milk
1 cup water
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt

Method
Two leeks onions are cut and stew. With the mixer break up three eggs, then add the milk, water, flour and salt. Stir good to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add up the cold already leek mixture into pancakes and mix again, but this time with a spoon. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated and greased pan. Finished pancakes can be eaten as hot and cold with stuffing of your choice, and even without stuffing.
