Method
The feta cheese is Grate. One egg was partitioned - white and yolk. Of all the products (without the skinless sausages, cheese, egg yolks and cream) knead dough. The dough was allowed to cool for 1 hour. Then rolled out with a rolling pin and 2-3 tbsp flour, a square sheet with a thickness of 3-4 mm, and cut into strips with a width of 1.5-2 cm. Cheese cut into sticks. The skinless sausages are deep scratches in the middle and put a piece of cheese. Each strip is wound on skinless sausage. The surface of the dough is coated with egg yolk, beaten with cream. Optional sprinkled with a mix of seeds. Bake at 200C until browned.
