Sponge sponge cake

Ingredients
5 or 7 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup milk or lemonade
1 cup incomplete sunflower oil
3 cups flour
10 g baking powder
cocoa or coffee

Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Stir first egg whites with 1 cup sugar until thickened. Then beat egg yolks with the other cup sugar, milk or lemonade and flour with baking powder. Mix the beaten egg whites with the mixture and stir nice. Pour into pre-greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour cake pan. Optional, where else than mixture add cocoa or instant coffee, stir and spills. Stir gently with a fork. Bake at 200C degrees the first 10 minutes and cover with newspaper or foil, then reduce to 180C degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes in preheated oven.
