Ingredients
4 pears
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp ground walnuts
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated lemon peel
yogurt or ice cream for garnish

Method
Pears cut of two in length, carving their pouch and sprinkled with a little lemon juice. Mix the walnuts, lemon zest, honey and cinnamon, and this mixture is filled pears. Put to bake at 170 C for 15 minutes. Serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
