Ingredients
4 artichokes
100 g ham
1 egg
50 g mayonnaise
lemon juice
salt
Method
Artichokes cleaned, rubbed areas are cut with lemon juice, place in boiling salted water and boil until soft. Remove and once cool, remove the skins and the average color pistil, the cavity is filled with chopped ham and boiled egg mixed with mayonnaise, and cooled.
