Baked eggs with tuna

Ingredients
4 hard-boiled eggs
200 g canned tuna
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper
6 tbsp tomato paste
oil
grated cheese

Method
First finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper. Peel the eggs, cut in two lengthwise and remove the yolks, while maintaining in a bowl. In a small pan heat olive oil and put chopped vegetables braised. When the onions become transparent, is poured out the fat and add the tuna and tomato paste. Stir and allow it to cool. Includes oven to 180 C. After the mixture has cooled, it was mixed with the egg yolks, and stir until a mixture with which egg whites are filled. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until the turn pink. Serve warm.
