Method
Grapes previously washed very well and allow to dry. Sprinkle crust with a sunflower oil, put on her second crust and also sprinkles with sunflower oil. 1/3 length distance from the bottom edge along the long side, are arranged in 2-3 rows grapes (see photos). On grapes sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp bread crumbs, 1 tbsp walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon (these products can be pre-mixed). Folded sheet from the bottom on the line with grapes wrapped and put in a greased rectangular tray. So prepare all sheet, sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven until browned. After baking, still hot, the banitsa sprinkle lightly with water and with a towel or paper to soften. Serve cold. The grapes are arranging in order, rather than spread throughout the cortex, as mixture with other pies, because more difficult to wound the sheet. If you have a different color grapes - white, red, black - becomes even more interesting when the banitsa cut to pieces. In the same way can be done banitsa with pumpkin, apples, a mixture of apples , pears and quinces.

When I first came across this recipe very surprised. Until now I had not heard of pie with grapes. Today I made it and I have to say it is fantastic. In the shop there was variety seedless grapes (such wanted to buy), but because I had to do Naumann, took usually white grapes (dessert variety).

Elti, very glad that pie with grapes you like! And your picture is wonderful! This recipe is my memory of my mother in law. I initially distrustful refer, but after I tasted regularly do with it as it comes out the grapes. Use usually grapes, regardless of the seeds. When mixed with nuts not feel.

Mnoooogo delicious pie, so easy and really good. I made her about my grandmother, who has birthday today. Loves grapes and was very satisfied, and all the rest.
