Ingredients
1/2 cup Sesame
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
2 and 1/2 cup sifted flour
10 g baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup softened (but not melted) butter
2/3 cup ice water
2 tbsp chopped pistachio
Method
Sesame bake in a dry skillet over medium stove until turn pink. Water and honey and mix them with wet sesame. Flour, baking powder and sugar mix. The butter is chopped and mixed with the flour mixture (act quickly, so as not to melt the butter) to give crumbs, to this was added ice water and kneaded shortbread. From the resulting dough balls are formed as walnut, flatten slightly, dipped in sesame mixture and then gently pressed on chopped pistachio, and adhere to it. Lining up on the baking paper with sesame side up and bake in preheated oven at 190 C for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
