Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
10 g butter
3/4 cup (150 ml) meat broth
4 tbsp (40 g) cream
2 yolks
salt
nutmeg

Method
Clear and washed Brussels sprouts stew in butter, make up a little salted broth and boiled over a slow fire, and the court must be shaken frequently. After removing from the fire, sprinkle with a little nutmeg and make up with broken yolks with cream. Shake gently and immediately served in pre-heated dish.
