Cabbage on Ethiopian

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
4 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 cabbage (fresh)
5 potatoes

Method
Carrots and onions are cut into thin. Potatoes cut into cubes. Saute carrots and onions in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric and cabbage and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Add potatoes and a little water, capped with a lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes until soft potatoes.
