Cake with grapes and almonds

Ingredients
200 g flour
125 g butter or margarine
3 eggs
125 g sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
500 g grapes
2 tbsp almonds
1 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Mix the butter with 2/3 of the sugar until fluffy mass, until sugar is completely dissolved. Eggs were separated. The yolks were added one by one to the fat blend, stirring continuously. Mix flour with baking powder and sieved. Was added gradually to the mixture little by little. Egg whites are broken down into the snow with the remaining sugar. 1/3 of them mixed with the dough. The rest is added slowly by hand and mix with a spoon (no mixer). Pour the dough in a buttered and floured cake form (opening) with a diameter of 24 cm. The washed grapes, cleaned and dried is distributed from the center to the edges leaving a small edge that is dusted with chopped almonds into julienne. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 C. cake is left to cool slightly in the form, and then placed on a rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
