Candy Mimosa

Ingredients
200 g of nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
200 g dried fruit (prunes, raisins, apricots, figs, dates)
200 g sweet
1 tbsp lemon zest
coconut
chocolate sprinkles
200 g chocolate
Method
Selected nuts are ground. You can use only one type of nuts, but if they are different is better. Dried fruits are finely chopped and Strain - to get as dough. Mixed nuts with passion fruit and gradually add the sweet, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture as a firm dough. From this dough to make balls the size of a walnut. Some of them rolled in coconut, other chocolate bars, and others - in a water bath of molten chocolate. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to be tight. can be used white and brown chocolate, so the variety of candy is even greater.
