Ingredients
120 g feta cheese
2 heads cauliflower
2 onions
1 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g smoked salo
200 g mayonnaise

Method
Cauliflower wash and cooked in salted water, for about 10 minutes. During this time, peel onions, cut into small pieces is put in a pan along with chopped salo. Fry over low heat until slightly pinkish. Cauliflower is removed, drained of water, chopped on bouquets and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Then stir in the crumbled feta cheese and roasted with salo and onion garnish with mayonnaise injected.
