Chestnut dessert oven

Ingredients
500 g of boiled mashed chestnuts
300 ml milk
125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 egg whites

Method
Milk is heated on the stove with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until the products are completely dissolved. Add puree chestnut and if necessary, blending, to obtain a smooth mixture. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. Added to other products and mix carefully. Heat the oven to 150C. Cups or bowls are coated with butter and the mixture is distributed in them. Bake for 45 minutes.
