Chicken curry with potatoes and spinach

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
1 onion
3 potatoes
5-6 sprigs of spinach
4 cloves garlic
300 ml coconut milk
1 tsp curry 1 tsp Chicken masala, black pepper salt

Method
Chicken fillet is cleaned and dried. Leave whole or fillets cut into chunks optional. Add salt, sprinkle with ground black pepper and fry in preheated oil until it turns rosy. Remove to a plate and retain. potatoes are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Fry in the fat from the chicken. If necessary add more fat. Fry until ready and add the chopped onion and garlic. Add curry and masala and mix. Fry and pour the coconut milk. Add chicken and again stirred. Allow to simmer for a few minutes and add the washed and sliced ​​or whole spinach leaves. Stir until stew and be removed from the fire. Sprinkle with coriander and spring onions and serve.

Desi Chicken masala is a blend of Indian spices for chicken. I guess that can be done in combination and taste.
