Chicken fillet with Roquefort sauce * *
400 g chicken fillet
200 ml cream
100 g feta cheese Roquefort

The meat is washed and dried. Add salt, add some flour and fry until golden in a deep pan. Fillets were removed and set aside. In the same court, in the remaining fat melts chopped feta cheese. Add the cream and stir well. Season with pepper. Remove the fillets from the heat and put in the sauce. Leave for 10-15 minutes before being served.
