Chicken soup with potatoes

Ingredients
2 chicken legs
2 carrots
1 onion
2 potatoes
1 green pepper
2 tbsp rice
1 cup milk
butter
lemon
1 cube chicken broth
1 yolk
pepper, vegeta
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
In a pressure cooker potatoes, carrots and onions and chicken legs are cooked in lightly salted water about 15 minutes after which subtract meat Chopped and go back, add the rice. Potatoes and carrots Strain return back into the pan. Add to soup pepper, vegetata, broth, grated pepper Zastroyvame soup with egg yolk, milk and lemon. Finally, add a little butter and parsley for flavor.

Well done, this is one of my favorite soups.

I have prepared it with a few changes, became nice supichkata. Bravo for the recipe!

soup will certainly liked and was delicious. It bothers me just bouillon cube and vegeta ... many chemistry do not you think? Already avoid using such chemical additives. And without neznaem with what we eat. Legs are somehow molded and not tasty. Did not dare to buy them. Have some holes in them and I'm sure they put it, but I do not know what. And I do not want to know. I want a clean and healthy food no matter whether or meat vegetables and fruits. Nothing is as before.

can be prepared without broth and vegeta / so I did /. Rather, it is a matter of preference, with our spices again is delicious!
