Cream of pumpkin soup

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin (preferably Hokkaido)
2-3 cubes vegetable broth
200 ml cream
pepper
parsley
croutons
ham

Method
Pumpkin cleaned of seeds, peeled and cut into large blocks. Boiled in vegetable broth and passaged. Add cream (can be replaced with fresh milk), pepper and parsley. Serve with croutons and / or pieces of ham.

Pumpkin Hokkaido may not be white.

I had not eaten pumpkin soup and I liked. I added two potatoes, one onion, three carrots, a few cloves of garlic and a knob of butter. Dilution broth used milk, served with croutons and spoon sour cream. It was very tasty and filling.
