Danube noodles with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
125 g butter
2 tbsp flour
savory
300 g noodles
150 g cheese
pepper
salt

Method
Mushrooms are cut into larger pieces and Boil in a little water. In a saucepan becomes heated half packet of butter. It fry 2 tablespoons flour and pour a potion mushroom and fungi. Mix thoroughly and allow the sauce to thicken. During the cooking is seasoned with salt and pepper and savory. In a saucepan boiled noodles. Drain and pour the rest of the heated butter, stirring quickly. In the noodles was put grated cheese, stirring until melted. Put the noodles in bowls and pour the mushroom sauce.

Vesi not consider me backward, but what exactly is said noodles? Corey as pie, but roasted and crushed, or one type of pasta, pasta?

Rally, home noodles like retail crushed pastry and finished is a kind of pasta.

Very tasty and fragrant get. I made pasta dishes kritaraki (not that there really matter, but to say that is tasty and Danube without noodles).

Do this sauce for all kinds of pasta, put some cheese. And I like Elti think it does not matter whether it is with noodles or spaghetti, importantly, it is very tasty! This is one of the favorite dishes of my daughter, and she is very capricious.
