Easter liver with delicious topping

Ingredients
1 set plucks
2-3 bunches of spring onions
1 head red onion
1 and 1/2 cup Rice
1/2 tea cup bulgur
1 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
pepper
paprika
parsley
mint
700 ml milk
3-4 eggs
salt?
Method
Cook plucks and removed from the broth. Maha foam broth and then add salt. Giblets finely. In a deep pan fry the onions in the oil, fresh, finely chopped onions (white part only, the green is added later), giblets, rice and the bulgur. Put them spices and tomato paste. Pour broth, as a part of rice and bulgur (mixed) were placed 4 parts of broth (1: 4). If the broth is not sufficient can be added to warm water. Add milk and beaten eggs with. All very well stir and put in a preheated oven at medium temperature. When baking topping gradually emerged on top and gets something incredibly delicious. Optional can add mushrooms in the preparation of the dish.
