Festive salad with mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g macaroni
400 g mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter
3 hard boiled eggs
1 onion
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 lemon
Method
Boil the macaroni and drain well. Mushrooms cut into larger pieces and together with the finely chopped garlic fry in 3 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 tbsp butter, until tender and liquid has evaporated. Eggs are cut into small pieces. All products are mixed in a salad and seasoned with dressing. The salad is served in individual bowls, decorated with slices of lemon.
