Ingredients
3-4 large carrots
2 eggs
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt

Method
Boil carrots cleaned. Once cool cut them lengthwise into slices about 5mm. Dip them in breadcrumbs, in the beaten eggs with salt, again in bread crumbs and fry them in a hot sunflower oil. Apart Fry slices of dry bread soaked in the remaining eggs. In the middle of the plateau put tomato sauce and arrange around carrots and fried bread slices. Optional we can add lemon slices, sliced thinly.
