Method
Products pancakes are put into a deep bowl and blend to obtain a homogeneous dough. The heated pan greased with sunflower oil (I use a napkin) and pour a ladle of the mixture. When the pancake is ready on one side, turns around and on top of one (baked) Crush half the feta cheese. Wrapped in half and bake until ready. So the feta cheese becomes soft. Serve warm. * 1 coffee cup = 150 ml

awesome! Will try as soon as possible! How to Prepare the batter of the dose and how large skillet bake them? How did you come to mind just ... well done! I here do not have access to the river, but I found a very tasty Bulgarian cheese in a Turkish supermarket, I'm sure it will be very tasty :)

The pan I 20-21sm diameter and produce about 14- 15 pancakes. Basically ordinary pancakes do pretty thin, but I added spinach dough became more gastichko and my pancakes were thicker than usual. As for the idea, this is my first experience :) I was left steamed spinach from Zelnik and decided instead of stuffing it added to the dough. Like us :)
With us also no river, but buy a Macedonian cheese, which is less greasy, like the Danube. I guess that would be received with cream cheese or even grated mild cheese.
I hope you enjoy them!

How big are the coffee cups?

I apologize for the omission. My coffee cup has a capacity of 150 ml.

Thanks doby, an important detail is :)

Very tasty! And also interesting :) My son, who does not eat spinach (green and nothing at all) much liked them. I'm not doing them with cheese Danube, and commonly used white cheese I put as stuffing after them roasted. And cold are great :)

I'm glad you liked the recipe, Reni! Very beautiful picture, as always! :)
