Honey pickle

Ingredients
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
50 ml vinegar
1 bay leaf
5-6 Allspice
5-6 peppercorns
vegetables - bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage , green tomatoes
Method
In each jar was placed in a 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 50 ml vinegar and spices. Vegetables are cut (the amount of vegetables and their type is optional) and tightly arranged in jars. Pour water to the ledge of the jar and the jars are closed well with new caps. For one week, several times a day turn. After two weeks pickles are ready for consumption.
