1 * Iceberg salad *
10 cherry tomatoes (or 2 regular)
10 large olives (I use Super Mammoth)
200 g chickpeas (cooked or canned)
200 g feta Feta cheese * * or * Dunavia *
* Extra virgin olive oil *
linseed butter (optional)
Salad * * Iceberg is cut or broken into chunks. Cherry tomatoes halve. Olives cut into four, and the feta cheese into small cubes. Cut products are mixed in a large bowl with chickpeas. Sprinkled with olive oil and flaxseed butter to taste. Optional sprinkled with oregano. Consumed with pleasure.
