Khash soup

Ingredients
3 pork trotters
500 g yogurt
3 yolks
2 tbsp flour
paprika
black pepper
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup vinegar

Method
The legs are showered with cold water and put on the stove to boil water. Remove, wash well, if hair on them and put in a new cold water to boil. When ready are removed and deboned. Cut the meat into small pieces and return to soup. Put it back on the stove to boil. Yogurt mix with the flour and egg yolks and carefully added to the already finished soup. Season with pepper and paprika. Serve with crushed garlic, diluted with vinegar. When thickenerta soup prepared with egg yolks, the broth becomes more dense and delicious.

The broth is very tasty. Furthermore feet can be added pork ears and tail.

I do trotters with fresh milk, as is tripe soup. It gorgeous soup and mngo respect it in our house :)

... I do bright patch ... In pressurizers put 3-4 feet and one ear. salt, bay leaf and white pepper. Then, of course with pungent, vinegar and garlic ...!
