Ingredients
3 sticks (600 g) leek
3 (150 g) potatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
30 g butter
1 egg
1/2 tea cup . (100 g) yogurt
1 chili peppers
salt

Method
Leek cut into small pieces and stew in vegetable oil until soft. Pour 6 cups hot water and add salt. When boiling leeks add chopped potatoes. After boiling the potato soup is removed from heat and bind with the egg and yogurt. Finally add the butter. To the soup can be added and spicy pepper.
