330 ml beer

Method
Sweep and salted leg of lamb put in the middle of the tray and around it: the potatoes and carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped, onion, peeled and sliced ​​to a thickness of 1.5 cm, cut tomatoes four, peeled garlic cloves, bay leaves, olive oil and salt.
