Ingredients
          5 eggs
          1 lemon
          1 and 1/2 cup sugar
          3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
          2 cup flour
          1 tbsp cocoa
          1 vanilla
          walnuts

          Method
              Separate the whites from the yolks. Yolks are broken with 1 cup Cream sugar and egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar snow, and then mixed. Add lemon juice, the oil, flour, vanilla and lemon zest. Pour into a buttered and floured baking dish, sprinkle top with chocolate and gently stir with a fork to mottle the dough strips. On top sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until ready.     * 1 cup = 200 ml   * In the recipe not raising agents are used.
