Lemon sponge cake - II type

Ingredients
6 eggs
200 g flour
200 g sugar
150 g sunflower oil
1 lemon
Method
Understand the eggs and sugar with a mixer for a long time. Add then carefully the oil, flour, vanilla and grated peel and juice of lemon. Pour the mixture into shape and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
