Lobster Termidor

Ingredients
1.8 kg lobster (3 small copies on 600 g)
120 g onion
4 tbsp sunflower sunflower oil
80 ml white wine
600 ml vegetable broth
400 ml soy cream
1 boiled potato
8 g of black truffles
cayenne (or cayenne pepper, finely ground)
white pepper, finely ground
salt

Method
Boil water in a large saucepan, boil lobsters are (15 minutes). If you are alive, placed headfirst into the boiling water. Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil.
