Marinated roasted red peppers

Ingredients
80 roasted red peppers
2 cup wine vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar
500 g carrots
2 heads of garlic
1 bunch celery
Method
Peel the peppers. Carrots cut into rings. Peel the garlic and cut in large pieces. Celery is washed and chopped. All vegetables are mixed and poured vinegar, the oil, sugar, salt. 3 h. Filled into jars and sealed. Sterilized 20 minutes from the time the water has boiled.
