Moussaka with eggplant - II type

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
100 g olive oil
1 onion
4 eggplants
4 tomatoes
1 and 1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1 egg
parsley, salt, pepper, black pepper

Method
Chopped onion fry in half the olive oil. Add the minced meat and stew. Put them peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. The resulting mixture is spread in a baking dish. On her rank poluizparzhenite slices of eggplant. Reddy so to finish the eggplants and mix. The ordered moussaka pour the tomato sauce and a little lukewarm water and bake in the oven. Flour fry in heated butter and diluted with milk. Add beaten egg. Moussaka pour this mixture and bake.
