Caprese Salad

Ingredients
300 g tomatoes
200 g feta cheese Mozzarella
# For Pesto sauce:
30 g basil
150 ml olive oil

Method
The tomatoes are peeled and cut into thin slices. Mozzarella cut into discs. Mix basil and olive oil stirring constantly until the mixture becomes like jelly. Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella on top of them and pour a small amount of the sauce. * Can be used and ready Pesto Genovese - bought or recipe Песто a la Genovese - Genoese pesto .

Very good recipe! Basically pesto made with basil and besides olive oil, and nuts and a little garlic. Added to salad and a little mushroom and became great!

Very tasty and easy salad :) I added to pesto few olives, a clove of garlic, and a little lemon juice. Became great! ;)
