Orange sponge cakecheta with oat bran

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 g sugar
50 ml milk
9 tbsp oat bran
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 tsp orange essence

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar. Add milk and oat bran. In yogurt Dissolve baking soda, stir and add to the dough. Finally put orange rind and aroma. Pour into paper muffin trays. Bake in a preheated 180C oven.
