Oreo truffles

Ingredients
500 g Oreo biscuits
250 g cream cheese
500 g chocolate
Method
In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and soft cream cheese. Beat with a mixer at low speed until a smooth mixture. Make balls with a diameter of about 2 cm. Dip balls in melted chocolate and then chill them for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stored in a refrigerator. The products reach to about 50 truffles.
