way of making otkovarya not the title of the recipe - in making writes that make cookies, but say Pastry sofiyankata. This recipe is neither for buns nor sofiyankata, but simply for sirenki. How should seem to have buns, we all know. When you sofiyankata butter and cheese are not in the dough and brushed by him. Sofiyankata made from yeast dough, which is rolled into a thick, covered with grease and sirenyava stuffing, rolls up a thick roll and cut into not too thin slices. Washers are placed lying close to each other, and top coated with fat and filling, and bake. During baking swell and touch each other, but is easily separable portions. The dough is not sticky and form bread dough. And those sirenki may be delicious, do not doubt, but that does not make them any sofiyankata or buns.
