Pea soup with mint

Ingredients
400 g of frozen peas
1 liter vegetable broth
1 onion
1 potato
1 tbsp butter
20 mint leaves
70 g cottage cheese
pepper, salt

Method
The put butter in a saucepan and melt. It fry chopped onion and potato. Pour least broth and allowed to boil for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining amount of broth and peas. Kotlonat reduced and boil potatoes until tender. Before removing from heat add mint leaves, pepper and salt. Everything passaged along with the cottage cheese.
