Peas in French

Ingredients
500 g fresh peas
12 very small onions
2-3 tbsp butter
1 tsp (5 g) flour
salt
pinch of sugar
parsley
Method
The cleaned onion stew until soft half butter and a little water. Peas pour, shake and 10 minutes left to stew. Above sprinkle flour and gently mixed. Vegetables are seasoned with salt and sugar and simmer over low heat. Add chopped parsley. Finally on peas are placed the pieces of the remaining butter and allowed to melt. Serve immediately.

Yes - the idea is not to cut.
