Pemba salad

Ingredients
1/2 red cabbage (about 700 g)
2 boiled beetroot
1 red onion (optional)
2 apples
3 tbsp sugar
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp sour milk
1 tsp sugar and salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
#Optional:
mix seeds or sliced ​​nuts

Method
Mix all ingredients for the dressing and broken well. Cabbage grate with a cross sword, as thin strips. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp sugar, and triturated. Cabbage supplemented with water, crushing it briefly and water is poured. Cabbage is allowed to drain. Beets are peeled, cut into discs, and they in turn are cut into strips. Onions, if you put, cut into fine strips. Peel apples and cut into thin crescents. pour salad dressing and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Before serving, try to taste and possibly taste with more salt, lemon or sugar. If you sprinkle with seeds or nuts, this is done just before serving.

Very light and useful salad!

Last I worked on it with another dressing and I liked me more specifically - olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, lemon juice, light vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley. If you wish - you can try it and so :)

We will try it with another dressing, you only need to find oil from pumpkin seeds.
