Poached eggs with sausage and cheese

Ingredients
20-30 g butter
1 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g cheese optional
100 g sausage optional
4 eggs
paprika, dry vegetable seasoning
soy sauce

Method
The Melt the butter in a pan and fry it for a minute sausage (cut into cubes, slices, strips or otherwise) on the already inverted sausage immediately knocking eggs, sprinkle with cheese, paprika, vegetable seasoning and turn with a wide spoon while trying not to burst. Pipet with desired amount of soy sauce and then in half a minute removed with wide spoon in the serving dish. If you do not prefer soft-boiled wait until the desired degree of browning and remove.
